# Những tính năng hỗ trợ khác

1. ### Lịch sử tra cứu quy hoạch

Để tìm kiếm lại lịch sử tra cứu cũng như xem lại số lượt mình đã tra cứu trong khoảng thời gian sử dụng Meey Map, người dùng thao tác như sau:

* Bước 1: Tại trang chủ, người dùng bấm vào tài khoản cá nhân sau đó chọn "Quản lý tài khoản"

* Bước 2: Người dùng bấm chọn “Lịch sử tra quy hoạch”

* Bước 3: Hệ thống hiển thị tất cả lịch sử những BĐS mà người dùng đã từng tra cứu.

### 2. Xu hướng giá & Định giá BĐS

2.1. Định giá BĐS

* Bước 1: Tại giao diện chính, người dùng bấm chọn “Định giá” như hình minh họa.

* Bước 2: Người dùng chọn và nhập đầy đủ dữ liệu về BĐS mà hệ thống yêu cầu sau đó người dùng sẽ nhận được kết quả định giá cho BĐS.

2.2. Xu hướng giá

* Bước 1: Tại giao diện chính, người dùng bấm chọn “Xu hướng giá” như hình minh họa.

* Bước 2: Người dùng xem lịch sử giá BĐS, tham khảo bảng giá BĐS tăng hoặc giảm theo từng khu vực cho đến thời điểm hiện tại. Từ đó người dùng có thêm dữ liệu, thông tin để quyết định những kế hoạch mua hoặc bán BĐS của mình.
